Working with the current Carrier dealer it became apparent that they were not aware or interested in getting us the credit that we should be receiving on a new Carrier unit. Their price for new unit from Carrier was substantially higher that competitors (with same ratings) leading us to believe that we were really not getting any credit at all. We hired Comfort Masters and install a new furnace from Lennox via Costco. We are here applying for a refund as specified in the lawsuit. Refer to the sections which show that credit would be issued to �anyone who previously experienced a failed secondary heat exchanger�. We tried over the phone but we received no satisfaction and were referred to a write in appeal. Ray Gust
