Corporate History
Gerry Reed founded Heatmor in 1984. In 1990 he began constructing Heatmor furnaces with corrosion-resistant heavy gauge 409 stainless steel. Today, Heatmor, Inc. operates in a 40,000-square foot manufacturing facility, with an 8,000 square foot research and development facility dedicated to improving product design.
Product Lines
Heatmor, Inc. has three types of furnaces: residential, commercial, and dual-fuel units. The three residential models, 100 CB, 200 CB, and 400 CB, are designed to heat anywhere from 3,000 to 10,000 square feet. There are two commercial models, the 600 CSS and 800 CSS, which heat spaces from 18,000 to 25,000 square feet. This kind of furnace allows a business to transform waste wood into heat while minimizing heat costs and landfill disposal fees.
The dual-fuel units heat areas ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet and are capable of burning wood or oil. These furnaces come in two models: 200 CSS/OB and 400 DCSS/OB.
Heatmor’s new series of outdoor furnace, the X Series, is EPA certified. It is available in two models, the 200 X and 350 X, which are designed to heat areas ranging from 2,500 to 8,000 square feet.
Warranty
All Heatmor furnaces have a limited lifetime warranty, pro-rated after 5 years, which covers defects in materials, workmanship and corrosion. Product registration is required within 30 days of purchase to validate the warranty.
